I have been treating a variety of conditions from acute/chronic pain to mobility issues throughout my career. I am also familiar with neurologic conditions such as stroke. My treatment generally includes an assessment to narrow down the root cause. I incorporate techniques such as General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, PNF and Cupping depending on the condition.
